TASTY VIDEO: KELLY ROWLAND "COMEBACK"

Kelly Rowland has released a new video for the song "Comeback" exclusively on the DC3 fansite. Why in the world did this child not release this song as a single is beyond me. The video, although quite simplistic in its concept, works for her. It's tasteful and I think this would've gotten some rotation time on the video countdown shows had it been released before now.

Meanwhile Ms. Kelendria (I think I like her govt name a lot more than Kelly) Rowland plans to release a third album and is currently recording tracks for it. She told the UK based newspaper The Daily Record that,

Q WHAT DO YOU THINK OF MICHELLE WILLIAMS' NEW ALBUM?

A It's a great style for her. She's worked so hard on this record and I'm happy for her.

Q WHAT ELSE ARE YOU UP TO AT THE MOMENT?

I'm going back into the studio as I've just started the third album.

Q WHO WOULD YOU LIKE TO COLLABORATE WITH?

A I want to work with will.i.am. That's the only person I have in my head right now.

Hopefully, she'll have more success with the next album and not get discouraged over Chelly's seemingly overnight success in the R&B game.

Because, I just couldn't pass this one up when I saw it on Saucy... I just had to repost this -- London's Madame Tussants added a wedding veil to its waxwork to honor the Bootylicious Freak 'Em dress newlywed.

Bigga Knowles-Carter can't even go to the corner market without showing her thighs so I'm saying, this is only appropriate for our (the public) vision of her in all her wedding day glory. Even if the picture is yards away from the Paris imported ensemble that Us Weekly reports was "a veil and a white dress with a low V-neck and thick straps. Her hair was in a half ponytail with ringlet curls, decorated with a white flower" that she rocked on Friday during her nuptials -- it still provided me with a much needed chuckle or two.

KEYSHIA IN 'LOVE' WITH SUCCESS

Keyshia Cole, the R&B soul diva, has decided that she will quickly release a third solo project, tentatively titled Love, before the end of the year. BET.com caught up with the R&B princess at BET’s Spring Bling to find out what exactly she had in store for the remainder of 2008.

“I’m recording a new album right now,” says the Oakland native. “Actually, it’s gonna be released for Christmas. It’s gonna be more of a love album. It’s gonna be more about the good side of love.”

Though she denies having a romantic relationship, the singer says her love belongs to her family and her music, which she is ready to take in a different direction. Keyshia explained, “I’m calling it The Love Album, but that could change. I’m just focusing on the subjects of love that make you happy. I just wanna switch it up a little bit. That’s all.”

With a new body of work in progress, Keyshia believes her release date will propel her new project, The Love Album, to record-breaking sales figures. “I wanna do a million my first week,” she says. “That’s when they drop…on Christmas time. Everybody is ready to spend their cash on the artists, so I wanna be one of those artists this time…see if I can do 780,000. We definitely have to see what that’s about.”

Can't knock Key Lo Lo's hustle can we? She seems to be an informed, smart & savvy businesswoman and that in itself in this day and age is commendable.

OOPS SHE DID IT AGAIN

Naomi Campbell is facing a life-long airline ban following her recent arrest at a London airport.

Her ban "British Airways planes is now under 'active review', with a final decision expected after the company completes an internal investigation and after police decide on whether to prosecute her."

First it was the blackberry assault and now the airlines. I should arrest her myself. Somebody needs to put this child over their knee and whoop her down south style with a fresh tree branch pulled from the tree in the front yard. She is so over the top its terrible. Throwing tantrums and hissy fits and such... I wish one of my children would -- I would be ready to break their tails. You guys would have to gather your shoe shine money together to bail me out of jail.

TASTY VIDEO: USHER "LOVE IN THIS CLUB"

The highly anticipated video for Usher's #1 hit 'Love in this Club' dropped today. Although, I dismissed the video on account of the preview that leaked last week because it looked the same I've already seen, I have to say -- I am indeed impressed.

The cut comes complete with imagination on the part of the story boarder and even though I am sooo not a fan of the spontaneous choreography in random venues, I was excited to see the flawlessly executed isolation sequences at the beginning of the dance portion.
That gets two snaps from me! Speaking of flawless, Keri Hilson looked flawless as well and I just love her disappearance in the last seconds of the video.

Alright alright, I know I was kinda hoping to count Ursh out on this one ( mainly I think because of his stank-a-dank wifey) but you done did good Ursh!

NEWLY LEAKED: NEYO & CHILI

Another track from Ne-yo's third studio album 'Year of the Gentleman' (due out June 24th) has leaked entitled "Used to You". Here is your classic Ne-yo cut with the smooth synthesized sound, the laid-back vocals... the same ole same ole. Hopefully, this is just one of the tracks from the album because indeed, it is not worthy of any kind of decent radio play.

Chili seems to be trying her hand at a solo career....again, with this track entitled "Dumb Dumb Dumb" which was written by Cristyle, the pen behind Mariah's 18th #1 'Touch My Body'. Rhythmically, the track stands a chance - there is a lot going on but with lyrics receiving a less than par scoring from me, overall I'm just not feeling it. Someone should pass her the memo that the male-bashing songs with phrases like "...boy get a clue" went out with In Living Color. Granted, I'm certainly not against a good ball-bashing session and one can only do that with appropriate background music but there are certainly more tasteful ways of telling a dude to kick rocks (see 'Irreplaceable' as a worthy example of such). I just don't see this getting to the radio but Chili is a pretty girl, maybe she should try her hand at modeling.

I hope she also makes sure to smooth the baby hair back too... as such went out years ago as well. Dang, why is she so far behind the curve??

Dionne Warwick, aunt to Whitney Houston, told PEOPLE that "Whitney Houston is back!" before she took to the stage to sing some of her own songs at Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night XIV event in Phoenix on Friday night.

Auntie Dionne says "I'm thrilled that she's in the studio and working on her new album, no doubt she's overcoming everything that has been put in front of her even this week."

Bobby Brown's allegations on Whitney's alleged drug use came just this week as Whit was in the studio recording tracks for her newest album. Clive Davis says that, "I'm sure that this week has been traumatic but she's committed and looking forward to her new life."

MEANWHILE, Bobby refutes reports that his book Being Bobby Brown: The Truth, The Whole Truth and Nothing But... is and attack on Houston. He states "I don't have anything bad to say about her. She should have no worries. There's no mess in this book."Mmmm Hmm...

Anyways... I am eager to hear some good classic Whitney myself. "The Preacher's Wife" and "The Bodyguard" soundtracks are still my Whitney of old albums of choice but hey, hopefully crack is whack enough for her to stay off of the stuff, if she was ever into it in the first place.

I'm just wondering when in the world the official statement is coming out. I mean folks done spotted your guests coming in, talked to your drivers and saw the floral deliveries, not to mention the big white reception tent on the roof. What ya'll waiting for???
